As an EU-based shop, we honor your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, no reason needed.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at misyayloerik@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
